Lillian Eusebio
Lillian is the Meribah Clinic Office Manager. She graduated from Borough of Manhattan Community College as a Criminal Justice student, where she took a few semesters focusing on mental health and substance abuse.
She has been working as an office manager for over 10 years and has gained a lot of experience in the field. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring that all office procedures are followed. She oversees office staff by setting schedules, enforcing compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensures electronic health care records are safe, and assists with medical authorizations.
She is a strong leader, motivator, and a reliable office manager and enjoys working with a diverse group of people. She is a highly organized and efficient individual who always has the best interests of the clinic patients.
Outside of work, Lilian loves to spend time with her girlfriend and family. Her favorite hobby is walking and listening to music. Lilian loves watching documentaries and discussing them with her friends.

Dr. Eileen Teyim
Dr. Eileen Teyim, DNP, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, is an ANCC board certified psychiatric Nurse practitioner and is a graduate of Desales University, Center Valley, PA.
She strives to provide culturally informed and patient centered care tailored to each individual and values the meaningful connections made with her patients.
She is dual certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. This allows her to treat each patient with a holistic approach. She has extensive experience in dealing with diagnosis such as ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, Insomnia. She also offers weight loss services.
She has a treatment approach that is collaborative and specialized to the needs of each individual patient.
Eileen enjoys travelling, cooking and going for long drives with her husband and three children.

Renae DeFreitas
Renae is an ANCC board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with an additional board-certification as a family nurse practitioner.
She is a graduate of both DeSales University and Wilkes University and is passionate about providing empathetic, individualized care to her patients.
Utilizing her background in both family and psychiatric health, she approaches her patients in a compassionate and holistic manner.
She encourages open discussion with patients to determine their needs and goals for treatment, and she incorporates each patient in their treatment plan to assist them in achieving healthier, balanced lives.
She provides mental health services to individuals ages six and above and treats Anxiety Disorders, Major Depressive Disorder, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, Bipolar Disorders, among others. Being a part of the community, she also specializes in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and strives to provide a welcoming, non-judgmental environment for all who seek assistance with their mental health.
She enjoys spending time with her wife and two cats, traveling, hiking, kayaking, and settling in with a good book.

Afanwingong Lafon
Afa is an ANCC board-certified psychiatric mental health Nurse practitioner and an adult-gerontology Nurse practitioner. She graduated from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and Maryville University.
She endeavors to provide individualized, patient-centered and for each individual’s mental health goals as well as helping them achieve a full life while incorporating cultural awareness in each individualized care and plan.
Her dual certification in psychiatric mental health and adult-gerontology allows her to attend to each patient utilizing a holistic approach. She provides psychiatric evaluations and medication management with particular attention to individual needs, including each patient’s personal history, specific context, stressful or traumatic life experiences or circumstances, and particular concerns about or fears of medications. She approaches each patient with patience, warmth, understanding, and helpful explanations that facilitate treatment and the patient’s sense of comfort and trust. She uses the holistic approach of listening and educating the patient before resorting to medication.
She treats various mental health concerns, including Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Eating Disorders, OCD, and ADHD, among others. She provides mental health services to individuals six years old and above. She strives to provide an accepting, judgment-free environment for all seeking mental health help.
She is flexible and integrative in meeting her patients’ needs and desired outcomes. She is enthusiastic about applying her experience and compassion to clients as they address issues to improve their quality of life and attain a sense of fulfillment. Her primary focus is providing honest communication and quality resources for all involved with her patients.
Afanwingong loves spending time with her husband, kids, family, and friends. She also enjoys traveling, exploring different cultures, new foods, music, dancing, cooking, baking, and a good movie.

We assist families in improving behaviors and self control, enhance emotional health and well-being, increase focus and organizational skills, develop social skills, heal from traumatic stress, cope with stress.
Our person-centered care includes spending time to formulate a treatment plan. We work together with our patients and include you in the decision-making process.
